CBD capsules are a handy way to take a precise amount of CBD if you\u2019re out and about or in a hurry. Over the last 15 days, I\u2019ve been using fourfive 10mg CBD capsules.<\/p>\n
A single bottle of 60 capsules provides a total of 600mg of CBD (fourfive also offers a 30-capsule option if you prefer). The capsules are made from vegetable cellulose and contain only CO2-extracted CBD isolate and an inulin filler. They\u2019re 100% natural and, thanks to the vegetable-based shell, are suitable for vegans.<\/p>\n
In most cases, I prefer CBD products that are made with full-spectrum or broad-spectrum extracts because in the past I’ve found them to be more effective.
