For the last two weeks, I’ve been taking a 15% broad-spectrum CBD oil from Naturecan. Naturecan is a global CBD brand supplying its products to over 30 countries. They aim to stand above the rest by prioritising rigorous testing and supply chain transparency.

The 10ml bottle contains a broad-spectrum extract suspended in MCT oil. Naturecan refers to the extract as a ‘broad-spectrum distillate’ and states that it has ‘non-detectable levels of THC (0.01%)’. They also offer this oil in a range of strengths from 4% up to 40%.

One bottle of Naturecan’s 15% CBD oil delivers about 240 drops, each providing about 6.25mg of CBD. To give a fair comparison between products I always use 40mg of CBD per day. With this oil, I chose to take 3 drops (18.75mg CBD) under my tongue as soon as I got up in the morning and another 3 drops at approximately 7 pm in the evening.
