VSAVI are a UK CBD brand that offers a range of affordable CBD vape oils and portable pen-style vapes. They’ve been around since 2015 and, several years ago, when I was looking for an effective vape to use with CBD, I bought their V2 starter vape kit. At the time, they were one of the few brands to sell pen vapes specifically recommended for use with CBD; I still use my V2.
Now, VSAVI has extended their vape oil selection to include several new flavours and even a full-spectrum option. To see how good their current e-liquids are, I’ve been using three different 10ml bottles from their 100mg range; the unflavoured full-spectrum, strawberry and peppermint. The full-spectrum option is made with a full-spectrum hemp extract and a blend of vitamins, minerals and terpenes. The flavoured oils contain CBD isolate and an added aroma (flavouring).
VSAVI’s e-liquids are made with a blend of vegetable glycerin (VG) and propylene glycol (PG) in a ratio of 80%/20%. This results in a very thin oil that doesn’t produce much vapour but carries a lot of flavour. It also creates a noticeable throat hit as you inhale.
The product page says that all e-liquids are made with ‘100% organic CBD’, but I couldn’t find any official certification to prove this. In addition, the packaging doesn’t have any relevant organic logos like those of the UK Soil Association or the EU organic leaf.
One 10ml bottle will fill a 2ml tank five times and provides 20mg of CBD with each refill. I usually try to use 40mg of CBD per day to make an even comparison across products and brands. However, it proved too much to use 4ml, so instead, I took one 2ml per day, which gave me 20mg of CBD daily.

Who is VSAVI CBD?
Based in Peterborough, VSAVI markets itself as a CBD company, but they also sell nicotine-based e-liquids and two different types of vape pens. They’ve been members of the Cannabis Trades Association for several years and their aim is to “bring you the best in natural, organic and high-grade products”.
All of VSAVI’s CBD products are produced in a cleanroom laboratory and have been tested for heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and other toxins. They use a third-party lab to produce their certificates of analysis and to verify that everything they sell meets the UK legal THC limit of 1mg per container.
You’ll also find that none of the VSAVI e-liquids contains any artificial colours or flavourings. This is to keep them wholly natural and avoid any possibility of contamination. They’re vegetarian and contain CBD that’s been extracted from high-grade hemp resin using CO2.
3rd Party Lab Tests
On Vsavi’s e-liquid product pages, there is a link labelled; ‘Please click here to view our most recent COA of this specific product’. Disappointingly, for all types of e-liquid, it leads to the same certificate for an uncut distillate. Because this does not relate to any of the final products, I wasn’t able to verify any of the claims and details.
When I discovered this, on the 28th of June 2021, I contacted Vsavi using the chat function on their webpage. They told me that they had uploaded that certificate in error and that I should email the help desk to get the correct documents.
I emailed them immediately, but almost a month later (the 22nd of July), I have not had any reply. Also, the certificates on the websites have not been changed.
Ease of Use
The bottles are simple to use and the narrow tip means that you can easily decant the liquid into any vape tank with ease. They also come with a child-safe cap and are small and secure enough to be placed in a pocket or bag. Once the oil is in your vape, it couldn’t be easier to inhale the CBD vapour.
VSAVI CBD E-Liquid Taste
Full-Spectrum: This e-liquid comes with a natural hemp flavour provided by the extract itself and a blend of additional terpenes. It’s intensely earthy, but there’s none of the bitter aftertaste that you get with most hemp-flavoured products. This one may not be to everyone’s taste, but if you’ve previously enjoyed cannabis terpenes, you’re sure to love it.
Peppermint: This is a mildly minty e-liquid, the flavour is clearly noticeable, but it’s not overpoweringly strong. If, like me, you often choose mint or menthol vape juices, then this won’t disappoint.
Strawberry: Sweet and fruity, this one gives a hint of summer to your vape. It tastes natural with no chemical aftertaste like those that come with some fruit-flavoured vape oils.
Potency/ Effectiveness
These e-liquids were excellent at effectively reducing my anxiety. A few quick puffs and I could feel myself calming and any concerns slightly faded into the background. However, I didn’t experience and reduction in my usual tension headaches and I also didn’t notice any improvements in my sleep.
Value for Money
A 10ml bottle of flavoured 100mg e-liquid made with CBD isolate is £9.49 and 10ml of the full-spectrum is £8.99, which works out at about 9.5p and 9p per mg, respectively. This is slightly more expensive than other brands like Harmony and Vitality CBD.
I find it strange that the full-spectrum product with extra cannabinoids, terpenes and vitamins is cheaper than the one made with isolate, but it may be because customers prefer the fruit flavours to the taste of natural hemp.
I found all the flavours I tried to be natural, non-chemically and not too harsh on the throat, despite the high PG content. At the moment, they’re slightly too high a price for me to consider them competitively priced or good value. However, where they really shine is with their CBD vape starter kits; you can get a vape oil of your choice, vape pen and charger for less the £30. VSAVIs vapes are simple and effective with no complicated buttons, so they are ideal if you’re new to vaping CBD.
Would I Buy Again?
No, having tried it, I know I wouldn’t want to use it again. I like an e-liquid with a cheaper price point and that is transparent about what’s in the bottle. Instead, I’d look for a CBD e-liquid that is superior, those that I think are better can be found in our best CBD e-liquids review.
